Brief/
To design a purpose built office building to accommodate and support small businesses working in digital media.
Design/
Boho One has developed into a major project for the BohoZone area of Middlesbrough and is set to become an exemplary project in both what it strives to achieve at a business, networking and knowledge sharing level but also as a sustainable building project with the objective of at least 10% of energy consumption being generated on site and has met BREEAM Excellent standard. Working closely with theDigitalCity and Middlesbrough Council has allowed this project to develop in a very exciting direction.
