Brief/
To make Northshore a unique and distinct place within Stockton, but also an integrated new quarter that strengthens and enriches the existing town. It will offer high quality living, working and leisure.
Design/
xsite created a distinct, vibrant and sustainable environment consisting of 210 homes, each made in one of 7 house types designed to suit the needs of the site and the people who live there. The houses were flexible and offered a range of living spaces to suit a variety of residents. The scheme was also scattered with a range of ‘Jewels’ which could be anything that delights the senses, from views to smells, to sound and touch. These were added to bring interest, texture and sparkle to the scheme to create a unique place.
