Brief/
As part of a developing series of highly individual and ‘classic’ venues, Gusto (UK) commissioned xsite to work on concepts for a food and cocktail bar.

Design/

The relaxed atmosphere and variety of seating types together with the 1950’s American pool hall appearance has made Popolo a very popular place for eating and drinking through the day and night.
The success of Popolo has led to the new Secco RestoBar venture on the upper floors of the same building on Pilgrim Street.
