Brief/
To design a housing development on the site of the former Walker Baths.
Design/
The first phase of this two-phased development on Walker Riverside comprises 7 houses including three bungalows, one wheelchair accessible bungalow and three 3-storey family houses on the site of the former Walker Baths. It forms part of the Pathfinder Housing Market Renewal Programme on Walker Riverside. All units have been designed to Lifetime Homes and Scheme Development Standards and will achieve an Eco Homes rating of "Very Good". The external finishes comprise UK- sourced sweet chestnut timber cladding as well as brickwork and Trespa cladding panels.
