Brief: As part of the Barnard Castle Vision xsite were commissioned to design an information point to be positioned in the Town Centre.
Design: Recently installed, the Vision Information Point is a culture project for Barnard Castle Vision.
The VIP is an eye-catching object placed in Galgate that updates residents and visitors alike with facts, information and views on the historic, current and future look of Barnard Castle. Using on screen imagery, Bluetooth and WiFi connections passers-by take away snippets of information on their mobile phones as well as see what’s on in town that day.
